우리 주는 얼마나 위대하신지

첫째 녀석이 학교 밴드의 일원으로 일주일간 파리를 다녀왔다.
너무나 신나 하면서...
유치원 때부터 자폐 걱정을 하며 자랐는데, 물 건너 온 후 모든 면에서 긍정적으로 변한 녀석이 대견하기만 하다.

아마 칭찬과 격려를 많이 해주는 이곳 교육방법이 그 아이에게 잘 맞은 모양이다.
아주 활달해지고, 친구들과 사귐성이 뛰어나고, 긍정적인 모습.
음... maybe too much. ^^
공부는 뛰어나지는 않지만, 나름대로 자신이 목표를 정하면서 노력하기 시작하는 모습도 보이고...

이젠 서울에서 겁 먹고 풀 죽은 얼굴로 학교에서 돌아오던 모습은 전혀 볼 수가 없다.
녀석의 밝고 환해진 얼굴을 보면 다른 것 다 차치하고 라도 우리가 이곳에 온 보람이 200% 느껴진다.

아흔 아홉마리의 양 보다 한 마리의 잃어버린 양을 소중히 여기신 하나님의 마음이 이곳에서 나에게 기쁨을 주시는 것 같다.
감사의 찬양이 저절로 나오는 순간 순간이다.
